Decided to make more prior sketches for my vectors and to practice line drawing in Illustrator...
Here is what came out of it: three stages of my drawing.
1 - simple pencil drawing I made just for fun,
2 - black-and-white line art vector drawing based on the sketch,
3 - final colored version of my vector.
